MEP Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Interim Valuations and Payments
  • Variation and Change Management
  • Cost Reporting and Forecasting
  • Claims and Dispute Resolution
  • Final Account Settlement
  • Responsible for all detailing of the contract documents (specifications & BOQ) to report to the Project Manager.
  • Receive the documents and study well to understand the scope of works.
  • Prepare invoices for submission for payments.
  • Prepare variations for submission.
  • Attend all types of claims.
  • Keep constant liaison with the site personnel to ensure the smooth financial conduct of the project.
  • Attend all meetings with relevant details for the attention of the management.
  • Resolve any outstanding financial disputes to achieve final financial closure.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer
  • Must have MEP contracting company experience
  • Must have UAE/GCC experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
