MEP Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, measurement, and financial control of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works on construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for MEP works.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims.
• Prepare interim payments and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure accurate cost reporting and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and cost control.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month
