MEP Quantity Surveyor (Freelance for 3 months)

SME Electromechanical is urgently seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a dedicated MEP Quantity Surveyor in the UAE/GCC.
• Expertise: Strong skills in cost estimation, Quantity Take-Off (QTO), preparing BoQs, variations, and contractual claims management.
• Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
• Visa Status: Preference for candidates with a personal/own visa.
• Education: Degree in QS, Construction Management, or relevant Engineering.

Responsibilities Overview:

Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of MEP projects, including budgeting, tendering, cost control, processing payments, and final account settlement.
