MEP SALES EXCECUTIVE

Job Summary

An MEP Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, building client relationships, and promoting MEP products and services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection, etc.) to contractors, consultants, and project owners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting project-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MEP sector
  • Promote and sell MEP products/services to contractors, consultants, and developers
  • Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable MEP solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and project pipelines
  • Coordinate with engineering and project teams for technical support
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • 1–5+ years of experience in MEP or construction-related sales
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or fire protection systems
  • Good understanding of project sales cycles in construction industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office software

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
