Section Head (Technical Department)
to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and planning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with Saudi building code and international standards.

Manage project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation measures.

Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of MEP components within overall project designs and execution.

Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Assess and select vendors and subcontractors based on technical capabilities, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Integrate sustainability and energy efficiency practices into MEP system designs, aligning with environmental and operational goals.
Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP engineering, with GCC experience.

Proficient in design and modelling tools such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM technologies.

Demonstrated experience leading complex MEP projects across sectors like Residential Buildings, high-rise developments and infrastructure systems.

In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and international building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design principles.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with acute attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
