Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Salary: Up to AED 14,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise entire MEP construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Review, design, and approve mechanical systems in compliance with FEWA and local authority standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and drainage systems.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and subcontractors effectively.
• Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Prepare progress reports, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Serve as the main point of contact with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• FEWA approval is mandatory.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in MEP construction projects (GCC experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and mechanical design/execution.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects independently.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability.
