Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Sales Engineer specializing in Air Conditioning (HVAC) to join our MEP team. The candidate will be responsible for driving project sales, handling client relationships, and delivering technical solutions in the UAE/GCC market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage HVAC sales activities for MEP projects across UAE/GCC
• Promote and sell air conditioning systems (VRF, Chillers, Ducted, Split AC, etc.)
• Prepare technical submissions, proposals, and cost estimations
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs for project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients for project execution
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients
• Track project progress, payments, and client communication
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in HVAC/AC sales (MEP projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project sales cycle
• Experience in handling tenders, BOQs, and technical submissions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• UAE/GCC market experience is a must
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

Work Location: In person
