Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager specializing in HVAC/AC systems to lead sales operations and expand business opportunities across the UAE and GCC market.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC sales, project handling, client relationship management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HVAC sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies for HVAC/AC products
• Promote and sell HVAC systems including VRF, Split AC, Ducted AC, and Chillers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and negotiate contracts
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Conduct client meetings and site visits when required
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Follow up on inquiries, payments, and ongoing projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5–10 years of HVAC / AC sales experience in UAE or GCC
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
