MEP Site Engineer/Supervisor

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced MEP Site engineer/ Supervisor to oversee electrical and plumbing works across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing manpower effectively while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate MEP works (electrical & plumbing) on site.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
• Allocate staff and labour efficiently across different sites.
• Monitor site activities to ensure safety, quality, and timely execution.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management team.
• Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.

Requirements:-

• Minimum 4 years’ construction work experience in electrical and plumbing works for villas and high rise building.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Strong leadership skills to handle and manage site labour.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
