Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized MEP Storekeeper to manage store operations for MEP materials, tools, and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for material receiving, issuing, stock control, and proper record keeping in coordination with site and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming MEP materials (HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, electrical)
  • Check materials against LPO, delivery note, and purchase order
  • Issue materials as per approved material request (MR)
  • Maintain proper stock levels and monitor minimum & maximum quantities
  • Keep the store clean, well arranged, and properly labeled
  • Maintain stock registers and update material tracking system
  • Coordinate with procurement and site team for material delivery and shortages
  • Prepare weekly and monthly stock reports
  • Handle tools issuing/return records and monitor their condition
  • Ensure proper storage to avoid material damage or loss
  • Conduct regular physical stock verification
  • Follow company HSE and store control procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience as MEP Storekeeper
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, ducting, chilled water piping, fittings, valves, insulation, and MEP accessories
  • Experience in construction / MEP contracting companies
  • Familiar with ERP / Excel for stock management
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work under site conditions
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification

Preferred:

  • Experience in handling large MEP project materials
  • Knowledge of material submittals and material codes
