MEP Strore Manager

We are seeking an experienced MEP Store Manager to join our team in Sharjah on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management, control, and coordination of MEP materials and stores operations, ensuring timely availability of materials in line with project requirements and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the MEP central store and site stores, ensuring proper receipt, storage, and issuance of materials
• Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers, and material tracking systems
• Coordinate with procurement, project managers, engineers, and site teams for material planning and timely delivery
• Ensure materials issued are as per approved material requests (MRs) and project requirements
• Monitor stock levels and initiate re-ordering of critical MEP materials to avoid shortages or delays
• Verify delivered materials against purchase orders, delivery notes, and approved submittals
• Ensure proper material identification, labeling, storage, and preservation as per manufacturer and project requirements
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records
• Manage surplus, obsolete, and damaged materials in coordination with management
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and company store procedures

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
• Minimum 6–8 years of UAE experience in MEP stores or materials management
• Strong knowledge of MEP materials, specifications, and storage requirements
• Proven experience in inventory control, material tracking, and stock audits
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and inventory management software
• Strong organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary project teams
• Experience in handling multiple sites and large-volume MEP projects is an added advantage
