MEP Supervisor

Dear Candidate,
We are currently hiring for the position of MEP Supervisor to join a leading hospitality project in Lusail, Qatar. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong MEP background who are available on a freelance visa.

Position: MEP Supervisor

Location: Lusail, Qatar
Industry: Hospitality
Employment Type: Freelance (Visa must be under candidate's sponsorship)
Salary: Up to QAR 4,200/month no FAT
Work Schedule:
Duty Hours: 9 hours + 1 hour lunch break

Work Schedule: 7 days a week, no off days

Friday will be considered as overtime

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Coordination

• Oversee and manage all MEP activities across the facility.
• Coordinate technicians and subcontractors to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

2. Quality Control and Inspection

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
• Address and resolve any defects or deviations promptly.

3. Planning and Scheduling

• Develop and maintain MEP work schedules aligned with operational needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime or disruption.

4. Safety and Compliance

• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ensure all staff use PPE and follow safe work practices.

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate logs of work performed, inspections, and incidents.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

6. Resource Management

• Monitor and manage inventory of tools, materials, and labor resources.
• Ensure timely procurement to prevent project delays.

7. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

• Provide hands-on support for technical MEP issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and specialists as needed.

8. Continuous Improvement

• Recommend improvements in systems and workflows.
• Stay updated with industry innovations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in MEP supervision within the hospitality or facilities management sector
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and safety practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Must hold a valid freelance visa (candidates on company-sponsored visas are not eligible)
