MEP Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Supervisor to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations on construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution of MEP works, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain adherence to safety standards and project timelines.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate MEP installation and maintenance activities on-site.

- Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and comply with quality standards.

- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to streamline processes.

- Inspect work progress and materials to verify compliance with specifications and regulations.

- Identify and resolve any issues related to MEP systems promptly to minimize delays.

- Maintain detailed records of daily tasks and report progress to senior management.

- Implement health and safety protocols strictly to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an MEP Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and related regulations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with multiple teams.

- Relevant certifications or diplomas in MEP engineering or related fields.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
