Job description:

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems on site.
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Ensure all MEP works meet project specifications, quality standards, and UAE regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers, technicians, and labor teams.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing to identify, report, and rectify defects or non-compliance issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation including daily progress reports, material approvals, and testing certificates.
• Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on site.
• Monitor and manage manpower, equipment, and materials to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges promptly to prevent project delays.
• Communicate effectively with management to provide updates, clarify requirements, and obtain necessary approvals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
