Job Title: MEP Supervisor

Location: Rawdat Al Khail, Qatar

Salary: QAR 3,500 (All Inclusive)

Job Type: Contract – 1 Month (Extendable based on project requirement)

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Work Days: 6 days a week

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) maintenance works in facilities.
• Manage technicians and ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems and ensure proper functioning.
• Coordinate with the facility management team and report work progress.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed.
• Inspect completed maintenance work and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Facility Management company experience is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as MEP Supervisor in maintenance or FM projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to manage technicians and site activities.
• Must be available in Qatar for immediate joining.
