MEP Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out MEP Supervisor to oversee on-site Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for interior fit-out projects. The role involves supervising site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, on time, and in compliance with approved drawings and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP works on-site (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems)
• Ensure all installations are carried out as per approved shop drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor work progress and report daily/weekly updates to management
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance
• Manage manpower, materials, and tools effectively on-site
• Identify and resolve site issues and technical challenges
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and milestones
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Maintain proper documentation, including work reports and inspection records

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in MEP supervision within fit-out/interior projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards (e.g., DEWA, Civil Defense)
• Good leadership and team supervision skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects
• Knowledge of safety standards and site compliance procedures
• UAE driving license
