MEP Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance activities, preferably within the Facilities Management (FM) industry.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with technicians and clients to ensure smooth facility operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience
• Preferably with Facilities Management (FM) experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and preventive/corrective maintenance
• Ability to supervise teams and manage daily operations effectively
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities and site operations
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works
• Ensure all MEP systems operate efficiently and safely
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure timely completion of tasks

Pay: From QAR1.00 per month
