Job Summary:

The MEP Supervisor (Cigar Lounge Expert) is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems specifically designed for cigar lounges. This role focuses on high-performance ventilation, smoke extraction, air quality control, fire protection, and compliance with hospitality and local authority standards to ensure a safe, comfortable, and premium cigar-smoking environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of MEP supervision experience, with specific experience in cigar lounges, smoking rooms, or hospitality ventilation systems.

• Strong knowledge of smoke management, HVAC design, and air quality control.

• Familiarity with local authority approvals and hospitality compliance standards.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
