MEP Supervisor (Construction)

Reports To: MEP Engineer
Location: UAE.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee on-site mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations. The ideal candidate will manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring all building services are executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities in line with project schedules and approved shop drawings.
• Monitor installation of HVAC, plumbing/drainage and electrical systems to ensure compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality to maintain high construction standards.
• Identify, report, and resolve technical clashes between MEP services and other services.
• Coordinate with procurement and reporting engineer to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site and conduct daily toolbox talks.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate as-built documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in MEP construction (preferably in high-rise, commercial, or industrial projects).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing/drainage systems.
• Proficiency in reading MEP drawings, schematics, and CAD layouts.
• Proven leadership experience managing multinational teams and subcontractors.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Experience working on large-scale or high-rise developments in the UAE.
