MEP Supervisor - FM

Role Description:

The MEP Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of maintenance teams across different sites. The role ensures that tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards while providing technical support and guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and distribute maintenance tasks, ensuring balanced workload across teams.
• Ensure all team members wear PPE and follow safety standards before commencing work.
• Supervise and guide maintenance teams on correct procedures and best practices.
• Provide technical training and ensure service quality is consistently delivered.
• Verify and validate diagnoses of major technical issues by team members.
• Oversee and perform complex maintenance and repair tasks beyond the capacity of technicians.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance requests within defined SLAs.
• Address help desk requests in line with operational policies.
• Conduct random site inspections to monitor work quality, timelines, and standards.
• Respond to emergency maintenance situations during and after working hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role or related field.
