Job Title: MEP Supervisor-HVAC Systems (Facilities Management)

Location: Doha

Salary: QAR 3500 (All Inclusive)

Work Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Job Type: Contract – 1 Month (Extendable based on project requirement)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor with a strong HVAC background to oversee maintenance and operations within facilities management environments. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient functioning of all MEP systems, supervising technicians, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Ensure proper functioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, etc.).
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead and guide technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with facility management teams and clients for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain reports, logs, and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Identify and resolve system faults in a timely manner.
• Assist in planning and execution of maintenance strategies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Facility Management (Mandatory).
• HVAC certification (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP operations.
• Experience in supervising maintenance teams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
