Job Description

We are seeking an experienced MEP Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works at site, ensuring quality execution and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day MEP activities at interior fit-out project sites.
• Coordinate with civil, interior, and subcontractor teams.
• Monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire-fighting works.
• Ensure MEP works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality & safety compliance.
• Manage manpower, materials, and daily work schedules.
• Identify and resolve site-related MEP issues.
• Support testing, commissioning, and snag closure activities.
• Report daily progress to Project Engineer/Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or relevant trade).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in MEP interior fit-out projects (UAE preferred).
• Good understanding of MEP services coordination in fit-out works.
• Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
• Basic communication skills in English/Hindi.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 – 4,000 (based on experience)
• Benefits as per UAE labor law
