MEP Team Leader

Job Description:

The MEP Team Leader oversees and coordinates all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance and installation activities. This role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MEP team (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Assign daily tasks and supervise work quality.
• Handle routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Check systems and fix issues when needed.
• Make sure safety rules and standards are followed.
• Coordinate with clients and other departments.
• Keep records of work done and materials used.
• Support and train technicians when required.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4+ years of MEP experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior Technician or Team Lead role.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
