3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Lead and supervise MEP technicians (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) during daily operations.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Inspect MEP systems and identify issues requiring repair or escalation.
  • Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and contractors for technical requirements.
  • Review and verify work quality, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, checklists, and reports.
  • Support in training and guiding technicians to improve skills and performance.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests and manage emergency situations.
  • Ensure adherence to company HSE policies at all times.Tools and Equipment: Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and testing instruments.

5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP-related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in MEP maintenance, including supervisory responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing networks.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems is an advantage
