MEP Technician

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC, lighting, power, water supply, and drainage systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of MEP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the installation of new systems, including wiring, piping, ducting, and other mechanical and electrical components.
• Monitor and record system performance data, reporting any abnormalities or potential issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and contractors for smooth execution of MEP projects.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.
• Prepare daily maintenance reports and update records of work completed.
• Support testing and commissioning activities of MEP systems after installation or maintenance.
• Continuously update technical knowledge and stay informed about new tools, technologies, and procedures in the MEP field.
