MEP Technician

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility.
• Inspections and Compliance: Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and design specifications.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning systems, addressing technical issues and making critical decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, maintenance staff, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior technicians and share knowledge to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance system reliability.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and energy management systems.
