Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Technician cum Attendant to manage, maintain, and support Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of all MEP equipment while assisting with general maintenance tasks and day-to-day facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor MEP system issues promptly.
• Assist senior MEP engineers or technicians in larger repair or installation projects.
• Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Ensure all safety standards and protocols are followed while performing tasks.
• Assist in general facility upkeep, including housekeeping, cleaning, and organizing tools/equipment.
• Support logistics of MEP materials and tools for ongoing projects.
• Report any major technical issues to the supervisor for timely resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• Prior experience as an MEP technician or facility maintenance attendant is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
• Physically fit and able to handle maintenance tasks, lifting, and climbing if required.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Attention to detail and proactive approach to facility maintenance.
