MEP/Fire/Electric Engineer

• Design, install, and maintain electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and backup systems.
• Prepare load calculations, wiring diagrams, and electrical layouts.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards.
• Inspect and test electrical systems for functionality and safety
• Design, coordinate, and supervise MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing, and drainage.
• Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural plans.
• Monitor installation and commissioning of MEP systems to meet project quality standards
• Design and supervise installation of fire alarm, fire suppression, and sprinkler systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local fire safety codes.
• Test, inspect, and maintain fire safety systems regularly
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports for client and management approval.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
