Merchandise Allocator

Job Summary:

The Merchandise Allocator is responsible for executing product allocation across 300+ MINISO USA stores to maximize sales, manage inventory levels, and meet consumer demand. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, recommend adjustments, and ensure the right products are in the right stores at the right time.

Essential Job Functions:

Execute merchandise allocation by category for 300+ stores, based on store need and capacity.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Distribution Center, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing to support daily business needs.
Monitor weekly sales and store performance; make recommendations or adjustments in response to business needs and consumer trends.
Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams on store-level assortment planning; propose in-season and preseason assortment recommendations to maximize sales and optimize inventory.
Create and distribute weekly reports analyzing product performance, business trends, and sales shifts; recommend strategic actions as needed.
Manage weekly replenishment based on sales trends, seasonality, and business priorities.
Oversee stock management to ensure high-performing products are replenished and available in stores.
Communicate and manage liabilities, including aging or slow-moving inventory.

Education & Experience:
