The Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for creating consistent operational support in sourcing. Key responsibilities are creating PO sheets and commitment charts, sample tracking and reporting.
Performance requirements
Supports timely issuance of purchase orders and on order execution
Create Purchase Order (PO) worksheet and commitment sheets
Follows up/resolves issues to ensure timely PO issuance
Supports sourcing in communication with supplier for on order and shipping
Supports the product development process
Data entry in Merchandise Systems
Create reports for seasonal development
Sample tracking and exception reporting
Understands the calendar and deliverables of the Product Life Cycle
Creates and runs reports
Adoption and other metrics
Sourcing plan/actualization
Liability and raw material positioning reporting
Supports organization of the Sourcing teams
Sample and mail distribution
Department filing and organization
Sets up and organizes vendor visits and team meetings
Assists with Sourcing Department projects
Work Experience and education requirements
Work experience preferably in retail
Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to details
Team oriented and able to maintain positive and collaborative relationships
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Curious with an ability to learn in the moment
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Pay Range:
