Overview

Merchandiser vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a flair for product display and strong negotiation skills. We offer a salary of 1600 and welcome applications from immigrants.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales of merchandise within the store or region to meet set objectives.
• Develop marketing plans, research customer needs, analyze market trends, implement promotions, monitor competitive activities and liaise with suppliers.
• Oversee the placement of products on shelves and ensure the store is well-stocked.
• Identify opportunities for increasing sales and profitability and suggest appropriate strategies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and maintain an excellent eye for detail.
• Interact with customers on a daily basis with strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience is desirable but not essential; applicants with minimal work experience may be considered.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
