Merchandiser

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Implements the brand specific visual merchandising standards
  • Ideate and implement stand design, graphics and displays in line with brand and marketing team
  • Coordinating store displays in line with brand guidelines and strategy
  • Visit and arrange merchandise, signage, promotion item displays and planogram in store
  • Check placement of new launch, re-arrange displays and train BA’s at the store regarding new launch, planogram.
  • Ensures proper merchandising of gondolas, wall units in each store.
  • Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales.
  • Working with sales and store team
  • Responsible in store opening and timely visit to ensure that brand’s standard are properly implemented and followed
  • Conduct regular market visits to check adherence to brand guidelines and ensure excellence in execution of all visual merchandising across the region.

Requirement:

1. Must have driving license

  • 2 - 3years of prior VM experience in the Middle East region in relevant industries, preferably Beauty
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Solid prioritization and time management skills
  • Proficient communication in English

Salary: 4k to 5k

Working Day: 6 Days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
