Key Responsibilities
· Handle customer inquiries and coordinate orders from sample to shipment
· Work closely with production, planning, and quality control departments
· Ensure timely execution of orders as per buyer requirements
· Prepare and submit samples, cost sheets, and technical files
· Monitor order status and update customers regularly
· Coordinate with procurement for raw material availability
· Resolve issues related to quality, delivery, and customer complaints
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of terry towel products and manufacturing process
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to handle multiple orders and meet deadlines
Academic Qualification: Graduation (Textile / Business Preferred)
Experience: 3-5 Years (Textile Industry Preferred)
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
· Problem-solving and coordination abilities
· Customer-focused and detail-oriented attitude
