Overview

Job Details:

Visit assigned outlets regularly according to planned routes and schedules.

Work towards achieving targets related to outlet activation and building strong customer relationships.

Install merchandising materials as per company standards and ensure they are properly maintained and clean.

Apply merchandising guidelines and support promotional activities at the point of sale.

Monitor product availability, market coverage, and contribution to sales performance in the assigned area.

Check outlet conditions and prepare regular reports on performance and activities.

Observe competitor activities and share useful market feedback.

Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to support sales operations.

Ensure proper display and visibility of products at all times.

Job Experience Requirements

High school education completed.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Basic knowledge of computers, including MS Office applications.

Ability to manage field work and follow schedules efficiently.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area and meet targets.
