MERCHANDISER

Rajco Industries is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser – Sportswear Apparel to manage customer accounts, coordinate production activities, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality sportswear products. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, planning, and merchandising skills with hands-on experience in the sportswear manufacturing industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion & Textile Design, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of merchandising experience in the sportswear/apparel manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of sportswear fabrics, trims, sublimation, stitching, printing, and garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and meet strict deadlines.
