Visual Merchandiser

Location:

Head Office, Karachi

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.

- 5 to 7 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.

- Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and color coordination.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools.

- Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute eye-catching product displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.

· Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.

· Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all assigned stores.

· Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve display effectiveness.

· Maintain VM standards, props, signage, and layout designs.

· Train store teams on visual display guidelines and planogram implementation.
