Roles and Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Work directly with founders to define collection strategies, launch timelines, and pricing architecture (D2C + B2B).
- Study sales data, customer feedback, and category trends in mens wear to guide product, pricing, and stocking decisions.
- Plan inventory, forecast production, and optimize supply chain for both retail and wholesale demand.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for Monotones upcoming B2B vertical, including outreach, sampling, and catalogue planning.
2. Vendor & Factory Coordination
- Manage daily communication with mills, suppliers, and garment factoriesfrom sampling to bulk production.
- Negotiate costs, MOQs, timelines, and quality parameters.
- Ensure factories follow Monotones sustainability, compliance, and quality standards.
- Drive new sourcing opportunities for fabrics, trims, and mens wear developments.
3. Operations & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end brand operations: sourcing → production → QC → inventory → warehousing → dispatch.
- Create and maintain strong SOPs across all workflows (sampling, production, QC, stock, warehouse, returns).
- Own the operational performance of the brandproblem-solving and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Ensure Shopify online operations run smoothly, including stock syncing, order processing
4. B2B Sales & Partnerships (Added Requirement)
- Drive B2B sales initiatives for Monotone in the mens wear garment segment.
- Build relationships with wholesalers, retailers, uniform buyers, corporate clients, and multi-brand stores.
- Prepare B2B catalogues, pricing sheets, and sampling packs.
- Handle B2B negotiation, order booking, payment coordination, and fulfilment.
- Maintain strong follow-ups to close bulk orders and ensure repeat business.
5. Customer Service & Experience
- Oversee customer service for online orders—ensuring quick resolution across WhatsApp, email, and calls.
- Analyze returns/exchanges to identify product gaps and improve customer experience.
- Maintain high standards of trust, quality, and reliability across all customer touchpoints.
6. Quality Control & Assurance
- Set QC checkpoints across sampling, production, and finishing stages.
- Ensure garments meet Monotone standards for fit, stitching, packaging, and durability.
- Implement corrective actions and reduce recurring quality issues.
7. Logistics & Dispatch
- Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
- ● Ensure packaging, invoicing, and order readiness is streamlined.
- ● Track RTOs and proactively reduce delivery failures.
- ● Ensure smooth B2B dispatches including transport coordination and documentation.
- 8. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- ● Act as the bridge between design, marketing, factories, warehousing, and sales teams.
- ● Keep all internal teams aligned on production status, stock levels, and delivery schedules.
- ● Support marketing teams by ensuring product availability for campaigns and photoshoots.
- 9. Continuous Improvement
- ● Track operations KPIs: production timelines, delivery SLAs, RTO rate, and stockouts.
- ● Explore new sourcing, fabrics, technologies, and cost optimization opportunities.
- ● Recommend automation and process enhancements to make Monotone more scalable

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
