Merchandiser cum Driver - FMCG

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Merchandiser Cum Driver to support product delivery, merchandising, and outlet coordination. The role involves transporting goods safely, arranging products in outlets, and ensuring proper stock visibility and display.

Key Responsibilities Driving

• Maintain delivery records and obtain outlet acknowledgements
• Ensure proper care and cleanliness of company vehicle
• Follow traffic and safety regulations at all times

Merchandising Duties

• Arrange and display products as per company standards
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly faced
• Monitor product expiry and report near-expiry items
• Replace damaged or expired items when required
• Maintain good relationship with outlet staff

Stock & Reporting

• Check stock availability at outlets and report shortages
• Assist in stock rotation (FIFO)
• Submit daily delivery and merchandising reports
• Inform supervisor about market feedback and competitor activity

Requirements

• Valid Qatar driving license
• Previous experience in merchandising / delivery / FMCG preferred
• Basic English communication skills
• Knowledge of Doha routes is an advantage
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts if required
• Ability to travel across assigned locations
