Sales Reporting & Analysis

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

· Analyze sales performance by territory, customer, and product

· Maintain dashboards and tracking sheets for management review

· Monitor sales targets vs actual performance

Sales Team Support

· Support Sales Manager in daily operations and coordination

· Assist sales executives in order processing and follow-ups

· Ensure timely communication between sales team and back office

· Coordinate field visit schedules and route plans

Order & Stock Coordination

· Track customer orders from placement to delivery

· Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch

· Monitor stock availability and highlight shortages

Key Account Support

· Assist in managing key accounts such as Carrefour and Lulu Hypermarket

· Support in preparing promotions, listings, and customer requirements

· Follow up on payments, claims, and trade agreements

Administration & Documentation

· Maintain updated customer database and pricing records

· Handle internal documentation (contracts, listings, reports)

· Support in preparing presentations for management meetings

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in FMCG sales coordination in UAE·
  • Experience in beverages (energy drinks or soft drinks preferred)
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills·
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities·
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy·
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing preferred)·
  • Knowledge of UAE retail market is a strong advantage·
  • Ability to multitask and support field teams efficiently
