Merchandiser (Freshers, Without License)

We are looking for motivated and organized Merchandisers to represent our brand in the retail feild. This is an ideal role for freshers eager to start their career in the FMCG sector. You will be the face of our brand in retail outlets, ensuring our products are well-stocked and attractively displayed.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Representation: Maintain and enhance product displays to ensure our brand receives maximum visibility on the shelves.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels at retail points and ensure products are consistently replenished.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with the Sales Supervisor and Sales Executive to report stock needs, shelf space issues, or competitor activity.
• Display Maintenance: Ensure all products are clean, priced correctly, and arranged according to company standards.

Requirements

• Experience: Freshers are welcome; no prior experience is required.
• License Status: This position is specifically for non-driving license holders.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written skills for reporting to the sales team and coordinating with store staff.
• Attributes: High energy, punctuality, and a strong eye for detail.
• Location: Ready to re-locate within UAE to the companies work requirements.
