Merchandiser (Kuwait)

SVK For Wholesale and Retail Trading Company is seeking a motivated and ambitious Merchandiser (Modern Trade) to join our growing team in Kuwait. You will report directly to the Channel Manager (Modern Trade) based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
• Ensure proper display and visibility of products in-store
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners
• Promote our brands and positively influence purchase decisions
• Schedule and manage deliveries efficiently
• Oversee payment collection and submit regular reports
• Identify new opportunities for product placement and listings

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supermarkets/hypermarkets in Kuwait, ideally within the FMCG sector
• Highly efficient, a multi-tasker, and a creative problem-solver
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sharp eye for new opportunities in retail environments
• Basic understanding of different types of pets and their needs
• Team player, yet capable of working independently
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure
• Must hold a valid Kuwait Manual Driving License
