Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly as they enter the store.
• Provide styling advice and help customers choose outfits, accessories, and suitable sizes.
• Maintain deep knowledge of current fashion trends, product features, and brand collections.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets by promoting products and upselling when needed.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and shelves are fully stocked.
• Handle billing, POS transactions, exchanges, and returns with accuracy.
• Manage inventory, assist in receiving new stock, tagging, and arranging merchandise on the floor.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service.
• Follow company policies, visual merchandising standards, and dressing guidelines.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and solve issues promptly or escalate to supervisors when needed.
