Merchandiser - Mexico, Missouri in the US
This is a full-time, exempt position.
Merchandisers at ADM are a vital component in our supply chain. Individuals in these dynamic roles have responsibility for the procurement of grain and oilseeds, and/or the marketing of finished goods to achieve optimum financial results. Merchandisers are asked to develop an understanding of local, national and global market trends, calculate business margins and their effect on commodity pricing, and manage local bids and offers among many other topics. Additionally, in their roles, Merchandisers balance risk management, customer relationships, transportation and logistics. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers as well as colleagues from other ADM Processing Plants, the handling of logistics, accounting, execution and other customer related issues.

Description of work performed:-
Builds & maintains positive relationships with accounts that bring defined value

Qualifications:-
Four-year degree in Business or an Agriculture-related field

GPA of 2.8 or greater is preferred

Open to relocation throughout the U.S. for future opportunities preferred

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
