Job Title: Sales Promoter – Lighting & Electrical Products (Hypermarket Channel)

Location: Carrefour, Lulu, and other leading hypermarkets across the UAE

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and sales-driven Promoters Cum Merchandisers to represent our lighting and electrical products inside leading hypermarkets such as Carrefour and Lulu.

This is a high-visibility, high-interaction role where your primary focus is to drive sales directly from the shop floor. We are looking for individuals who actively approach customers, understand their needs, and confidently convert interactions into sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively approach customers in-store and promote products
  • Drive sales and consistently achieve/exceed daily and monthly targets
  • Explain product features, benefits, and basic technical details clearly
  • Ensure strong product visibility and proper shelf/display placement
  • Maintain clean, organized, and attractive displays at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment with store staff
  • Execute in-store promotions, offers, and brand campaigns
  • Build strong relationships with hypermarket staff to improve product push
  • Submit daily/weekly sales updates to supervisors
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in non-food retail sales (lighting, electrical, flooring, hardware, home improvement, etc.)
  • Prior experience in Carrefour, Lulu, or similar hypermarkets is highly preferred
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Confident, proactive, and customer-focused personality
  • Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and stand for long hours
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven

Additional Preferences

  • UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory
  • Candidates with own visa will be preferred
  • Willingness to travel between multiple stores if required
  • Arabic Speaking candidates will be prefered
