Merchandising Director

An incredibly exciting opportunity has come up for a merchandise director to join an international ecommerce retailer in Dubai.
This role will see you spearhead the merchandising functions and strategy across all divisions, working collaboratively with a fast paced forward thinking team.
The role:
Develop and deliver end to end merchandising
Lead innovation, implementing AI tools across merchandising
Inspire and motivate a team of merchandisers
Understand customer behaviours, and implement that into trade reviews
The candidate:
Previous experience, in a high volume fast paced retail environment
Experience with AI tools to enhance merchandising functions
Highly analytical and focused on consumer trends
Able to drive sales and growth
