Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Merchandising Supervisor / Field Merchandiser to oversee product availability, in-store execution, and inventory performance across assigned retail locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands retail operations, values strong execution, and ensures the brand is consistently represented to the highest standard.

You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners to support sales growth, maintain stock health, and deliver effective merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Control

  • Monitor stock levels across stores, warehouses, and online platforms to ensure optimal availability.
  • Manage restocking, reorders, returns, and credits for damaged or expired products.
  • Track product delivery timelines and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid shortages.
  • Allocate stock based on agreed models and sales performance.

In-Store Execution

  • Conduct regular store visits to audit stock availability and shelf presentation.
  • Implement and maintain planogram compliance, ensuring correct placement and visibility.
  • Monitor Must Stock List (MSL) compliance and report missing or delisted SKUs.
  • Identify shelf gaps and resolve issues related to delivery, stockroom handling, or listing errors.
  • Ensure pricing and shelf labels are accurate and aligned with current promotions.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales and inventory data to identify growth and margin opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly trading and merchandising performance reports.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and in-store promotions.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Build effective working relationships with Store Managers, Floor Supervisors, distributors, and warehouse teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including sales, marketing, supply chain, design, PR, and e-commerce.
  • Handle product-related inquiries from suppliers, partners, and customers.

Orders, Administration & Activations

  • Place and manage product orders in line with approved volumes and specifications.
  • Provide administrative support for purchasing and inventory documentation.
  • Support product sampling, activations, and staff product knowledge initiatives.
  • Contribute to improving merchandising processes and execution standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or field merchandising is preferred.
  • Valid driving license with access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence in-store execution.
  • Detail-focused, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically capable of frequent store visits and occasional stock handling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
