Merchandising Team Leader

We are Sabari Distribution, proud distributors of P&G products.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Visibility Team Leader to oversee a team of approximately 6 employees, including Merchandising Executives, Moving Merchandisers, and Promoters in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate a diverse team to achieve visibility and merchandising goals.
• Planogram Execution: Ensure store displays align with P&G standards for maximum impact.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular insights and updates to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in leadership roles, with strong merchandising experience.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and inspire large, distributed teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to track performance and provide actionable insights.
• Salary is not constraint for the right candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
