Merchandiser (Apparel & Gloves)

Location: Sialkot
Industry: Apparel & Boxing Gloves Manufacturing

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage order execution, customer coordination, and product development for our Apparel & Boxing Gloves division.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete order management from inquiry to shipment
• Coordinate with international buyers and manage client communication
• Prepare costing, quotations, and order confirmations
• Coordinate with production, PPC, and supply chain teams for timely execution
• Follow up on sampling, approvals, and production status
• Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain order records, reports, and documentation
• Monitor quality requirements and buyer specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree (BBA / MBA / Textile preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in Apparel / Gloves / Sports Goods Industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of merchandising, costing, and order handling
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must)
