Merchant Acquiring Sales Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, developing strategies to attract new clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting ongoing business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Previous experience in FINTECH companies.
• Experience in payment gateway sales , POS Sales and payment products.
• Strong Analytical Skills for market research and opportunity identification
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and internal collaboration
• Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies to attract new clients
• Adept at Market Research and understanding market trends
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record in business development or sales roles
• Ability to work on-site and in a fast-paced environment
