Merchant Acquisition Agent

Key Accountabilities:

1. Work Closely with Merchant Acquisition Sales Team Leader by conducting Regular meetings to ensure aligning with ADI Consumer Finance objectives
2. Achieve Merchant Acquisition monthly targets through providing excellent customer service to develop ADI objectives.
3. Spot Merchant Acquisition market opportunities by conducting several market scans to capture new opportunities and have a competitive edge.
4. Generate Leads through making cold calls & attending events presenting ADI Consumer Finance Products to achieve the organization objectives.
5. Communicate with all internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with ADI Consumer Finance objectives & ensure smooth on boarding and activation.
6. Train merchants on how to use dashboards, accept payments and use ADI Consumer Finance features for better customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting or its equivalence.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or any related field of work, consumer finance experience is a plus.
